All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.\n\nThe right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.\n\nResponsibilities:\nIntegrates multiple data streams into customer system.\nCompletes Cloud platform migrations (between currently existing and available platforms)\nDevelops AI features for existing Ontology-based software applications.\nCreates sustainable software applications – work is estimated accurately, branching strategies are efficient, code repos are maintained, etc.\nWorks as a member of an agile scrum team and participates in regular agile ceremonies applying scrum methodologies – daily stand up, planning, sprint reviews, demos, retrospectives.\nImplements requirements from the product backlog.\nAssists in writing backlog requirements/user stories.\nUtilizes a modern DevSecOps approach in building software applications.\nDevelop and modify applications, software, services, utilities, interfaces, and IT systems that support systems and analysts.\nQualifications:\n\nClearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.\n\nDegree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field/major, or 3 additional years of experience in information technology.\n\n5+ years of experience\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nProfessional software development experience designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and mission-focused applications.\nProfessional programming experience with Python, Java, and Scala.\nExperience developing and integrating RESTful APIs, Git-based workflows, automated unit/integration/system testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.\nHands-on experience with Docker/containerization, microservice architectures, Helm, and development container environments.\nExposure to Generative AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and LLM-enabled workflows.\nExperience designing, deploying, and supporting cloud-native applications using AWS, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.\nExperience integrating, transforming, and managing data from multiple sources, organizations, and network environments.\nAbility to work within new or complex network environments.\nPractical experience applying DevSecOps principles, such as code hardening, dependency/package updates, vulnerability remediation, and automated security scanning.\nAbility to troubleshoot software and collaborate across development, infrastructure, security, and mission teams.\n\nDesired Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with data normalization, transformation, and visualization techniques.\nBasic understanding of graph-based data models, data relationships, and advanced data structures.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nExperience developing and presenting technical updates, metrics, or status reports.\nAbout Abile Group, Inc.:\n\nAbile Group, founded in July 2004 to support the Intelligence Community and its contractors across Enterprise Analytics, IT & Systems Engineering, and Program & Project Management, merged with Valiant Solutions in January 2026 - an established provider of cybersecurity technologies and services for Federal Agencies since 2005.
