Work closely with the ITS manager, technical team members andother project stakeholders to provide guidance throughout the SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC).2. Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 or higher and write code usingMVC Architecture, .Net Core, JavaScript, CI/CD, Ajax, HTML, XML andAPIs.3. Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, createindexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures andpackages, convert and migrate data when necessary.4. Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and dataissues on application reports using Crystal Reports.5. Mentor and assist other programmers, providing guidance fordebugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, dataaccess, data communications and system architecture configurations.6. Use a source code repository, such as GitLab for checking sourcecode in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code.7. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidentsand service requests for the application, as well as request servicesfrom other ITS groups. Diagnose and debug production issuesreported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridgecalls to assist in diagnosis.--- Required Qualifications ---• 72 months experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later versions.• 72 Months experience with development of secure .Net web-services usingWindows Communication Foundation (WCF), REST Services (Web API),message processing and Enterprise Service Bus.• 84 Months experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web applications using .NET/ .NET Core framework as well as experiencedeveloping and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-sidetechnologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap andCascading Style Sheets• 84 Months experience with Oracle Database: Database design and modeling,PL/SQL coding and debugging, stored procedures, packages, constraints,indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc., including the use of a tool to write andtest SQL code and manipulate data.• 84 Months experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements andbuilding the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.• 24 Months experience developing applications that follow Web ContentAccessibility Guidelines 2.0• 48 months experience developing reports with Crystal Reports version 10 orabove and invoking them from .NET applications.• 36 Months experience with GitLab including CI/CD for source codemanagement.• 36 Months experience coding and maintaining applications which containHealth Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
