Landscaper/ Maintenance Crew

Job Description What You’ll Do:• Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain landscapes• Perform seasonal cleanups and basic planting• Assist with light hardscape prep as needed• Operate basic landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)• Work outdoors in various weather conditions• Maintain a professional attitude and represent our company to clients What We’re Looking For:• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods• Landscaping experience is a plus, but willing to train motivated workers• Team player with a positive attitude Pay & Benefits:• Competitive pay based on experience• Seasonal work with opportunities for winter hours when available• Paid overtime
