This is an opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast-growing startup while working with cutting-edge AI and ad tech technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Development:\nDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies\nBuild robust APIs and microservices to handle high-volume advertising data from multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon, etc.)\nDevelop and optimize databases for storing and analyzing large datasets of campaign performance metrics\nCreate responsive, intuitive user interfaces for complex data visualization and campaign management\nAI & Ad Tech Integration:\nImplement machine learning algorithms for campaign optimization and performance prediction\nIntegrate with major advertising platform APIs (Google Ads API, Facebook Marketing API, Amazon Advertising API)\nBuild real-time data processing pipelines for campaign monitoring and automated bidding\nDevelop advanced reporting and analytics features for enterprise clients\nQuality & Performance:\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices\nImplement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing\nOptimize application performance for handling enterprise-scale data volumes\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions\nRequired Qualifications\nTechnical Skills:\n3+ years of full-stack development experience with modern web technologies\nProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar)\nExperience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)\nStrong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation\nExperience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)\nKnowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes\nPreferred Experience:\nPrevious experience in ad tech, martech, or SaaS platforms\nFamiliarity with advertising APIs and programmatic advertising concepts\nExperience with data pipeline tools and ETL processes\nKnowledge of machine learning frameworks and data science concepts\nExperience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nQuick learning capabilities and adaptability to new technologies\nCollaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams\nWillingness to work in the fast-paced ad tech space\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompetitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience\nHealth insurance\n401(k) retirement plan\nFlexible PTO policy\nWork Environment:\n100% remote work with flexible hours\nOpportunity to work directly with founders and have significant input on product direction\nFast-paced startup environment with opportunities for rapid career growth\nAbout Remote Work\nThis position is fully remote, though our company is headquartered in San Francisco.
