The Bartender at Craig’s Nashville plays a key role in delivering a world-class beverage experience rooted in precision, grace, and quiet excellence. Hospitality is at the core of everything we do — we treat every guest and team member with warmth and respect while upholding the elevated standards of our bar program.  Key ResponsibilitiesCraft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, efficiency, and refined technique. Memorize and execute all house cocktails and classic builds to the Craig’s standard. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepped bar throughout service. Engage with guests in a thoughtful, professional, and welcoming manner. Support fellow team members with awareness, kindness, and initiative. Fulfill all opening, closing, and sidework duties with care and consistency.  Qualifications & Experience2+ years bartending experience in high-volume, upscale or fine dining environments. Strong foundation in classic cocktail techniques and product knowledge. Comfort and composure in fast-paced, high-pressure service settings. Excellent communication and a team-first approach to problem solving. Reliable, respectful, detail-oriented, and consistently guest-focused.  Work Environment & Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely. Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required.
