This role is pivotal in enabling our AI-driven products and services by architecting scalable, secure, and interoperable data platforms that maximize business value through seamless integration, quality assurance, and monetization of data assets. You will partner with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define a data strategy that fuels AI innovation, supports operational excellence, and unlocks new revenue streams from our data assets.\r\nPlease note, we are unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship at this time.\r\nWhat you'll do:\r\nStrategic Data Architecture Develop and maintain the enterprise data architecture blueprint aligned with business strategy and AI product roadmaps.\r\nDefine enterprise-wide data models, taxonomies, and standards for consistent data usage.\r\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven revenue opportunities including APIs, data products, and new service offerings.\r\nData Integration & Interoperability Design data integration solutions (ETL/ELT, APIs, streaming, event-driven architecture) across applications, platforms, and business units.\r\nEnable real-time and batch data flows to support operational and analytical systems.\r\nEnsure data accessibility across business units and external partners while adhering to data sovereignty and compliance laws.\r\nGovernance & Quality Implement data governance policies covering metadata management, data lineage, access control, and retention.\r\nDefine data quality metrics and oversee data cleansing and validation initiatives.\r\nTechnology & Platform Leadership Select and design the integration of enterprise data platforms (data lakes, API gateways, event streaming platforms).\r\nEnsure architectures are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).\r\nPartner with Engineering and IT operations to integrate data processes into enterprise workflows.\r\nAlign data architecture developments with overall enterprise architecture direction set by the Chief Architect.\r\nProfile and skills\r\n8+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management.\r\nStrong experience in data integration architecture across complex systems.\r\nExpertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and database technologies.\r\nStrong knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration tools.\r\nFamiliarity with data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.\r\nProficiency in the design and build of data pipelines, performing data transformations, and implementing automation tasks.\r\nMastery of data manipulation languages, including SQL and Python.\r\nEverseen is committed to creating a safe environment for all employees and has a zero tolerance policy for bias and discrimination of any kind.
