Front Desk Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our law office. As the first point of contact for our law office, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and have experience working in an office setting. This is a Monday - Friday full-time postion but the hours may be flexible for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages.
- Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records, manage calendars for several attorneys, and perform administrative tasks.
- Provide customer support and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize Google Suite to manage documents and collaborate with team members.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to type and prepare documents, including letters and other correspondence.
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure all documents are accurate and error-free.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
- Perform other duties as required to support the office manager and maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
