As our Packaging Data Specialist, you will own the planning, control, and maintenance of SAP master data across multiple categories, ensuring flawless product launches and formula updates. You will act as a key technical orchestrator—managing Bill of Materials (BOMs), executing Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs), and configuring workflows across manufacturing plants, co-packers, and co-manufacturers. If you thrive on keeping complex data ecosystems aligned, enforcing quality compliance, and driving seamless product rollouts, this role offers an ideal stage to elevate your career!\r\nCore Responsibilities Master Data & SAP Management: Own the creation and continuous maintenance of master data in SAP for new and existing SKUs, packaging components, raw material consumptions, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).\r\nEngineering Change Control: Execute Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) in SAP for packaging component replacements and SKU updates, maintaining clear cross-functional alignment and notifications.\r\nWorkflow Automation & Tracking: Design and maintain tracking workflows in systems like AODocs to streamline new packaging components, WIPs, and system-wide data updates.\r\nCross-Functional & External Coordination: Partner with Master Data teams, manufacturing plants, Co-Packers, and Co-Manufacturers (CoMan) to ensure accurate system setups and project milestone delivery.\r\nQuality & Standard Compliance: Adhere strictly to quality standards spanning technology transfer, product design, process validation, labeling, vendor management, and corrective actions (CAPA).\r\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a highly related field.\r\nAt least 1–2 years of experience in packaging development, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.\r\nPractical experience working with SAP and workspace platforms (Google Workspace / Microsoft).\r\nIntermediate to Advanced English proficiency.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Technical background or familiarity with industrial design, plastics transformation methods, materials testing, and printing/decoration techniques.\r\nSolid understanding of project management principles, basic statistics, and financial project evaluation.\r\nStrong organizational and analytical skills to manage cross-category workflows and multiple stakeholder dependencies simultaneously.\r\nOur Commitment to Inclusion Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
