Yes Patients Per Shift: 13 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in OR, WA or IMLC Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 60- 90 Facility at WA-shares virtual call responsibilities with the pediatric group at OR. Because of this, the providers are required to be licensed in both WA and OR. They will also need to obtain privileges at both facilities. We will be willing to consider providers who can quickly obtain a compact license for OR or WA if they are able to cover all dates needed. Clinic and in-person call responsibilities will be in Washington. Looking for coverage 9/9 (8am) to 9/15 (8am) & 9/30 (8am) to 10/14 (8am) with Clinic (8:30-5) and Night call during the week, 24 hour call coverage on weekends
