The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and creating a nurturing environment for young learners. *Duties* - Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children. - Supervise staff members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide guidance and support as needed. - Maintain accurate records of enrollment, attendance, and staff certifications. - Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or issues regarding their child's care and development. - Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and safety regulations. *Requirements* - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Previous experience working with children in an educational setting. - Knowledge of education administration practices and regulations. - Strong daycare leadership and communication skills. - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
