We strive to create a positive and inclusive environment for both our employees and guests.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for a Baker at The Dearborn Coffeehouse & Bakery, located in Englewood, FL. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including bread, cookies, and other pastries. Daily tasks include mixing ingredients, monitoring baking processes, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Additionally, the Baker will collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and meet customer demand.QualificationsProficiency in Bakery techniques, including baking and preparing high-quality baked goodsExperience in Food Preparation, with an eye for detail and consistencyKnowledge of food safety and sanitation best practicesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a teamPrior baking or culinary experience preferred but not required
