Venti has offices in Cambridge (Massachusetts, USA), Suzhou (China), and Singapore – our Asian headquarters.\n\nRole responsibilities\n\nAutonomous Vehicle Validation:\n\nCollect and analyze vehicle data from tests and field operations.\n\nCollaborate with developers for alignment on effective test plans to validate feature developments\n\nConduct field tests to evaluate vehicle performance and safety features and provide detailed test reports.\n\nIdentify performance issues, document bugs, and support cross-functional teams in analyzing test results to improve vehicle systems\n\nMaintenance and Support:\n\nDiagnose and repair hardware/software issues on vehicles such as sensor, compute and power systems.\n\nFollow up with vendors to ensure timely resolution of hardware failures and part replacements (eg Terberg for faults related to the base vehicle platform and drive-by-wire control system).\n\nEnsure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements in all on-site activities.\n\nBe able to communicate and work with an international team to plan tests, debug, and implement new features\n\nRequired experience\n\nAssociate's degree or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, etc.).\n\n3+ years of validation testing or servicing experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or robotics systems.\n\nTeam player, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to learn new technologies.\n\nStrong proficiency in Jira, Zephyr, and the Atlassian suite of tools.\n\nExtensive experience with Linux and Docker environments.\n\nHands-on experience in mechanical systems and electrical/electronic wiring\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nFlexibility to work across different time zones with an international team.\n\nBonus experience\n\nExperience with real world robotics deployment.\n\nProficiency in sensor calibration and integration.\n\nHands-on experience in Bash, Python, C++ and ROS.\n\nPossession of a Class 3 Driving licence.\n\nSalary is commensurate with experience.
