Job Description About the Role:Join Original Rainbow Cone as our Hourly General Manager in Surprise, AZ! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a passionate team while delivering delightful experiences to our customers through our iconic ice cream offerings.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest service.Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Monitor financial performance around food, packaging, and labor costs. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.Candidate will not have much administrative duties, franchise owners handle this.
