Our solutions protect millions of consumers and billions of dollars in infrastructure for some of the most recognizable brands in the IOU, Telecom, and Energy business.\n\nThis is a fully remote role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts through successful technical delivery and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and consultative, with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.\nThe role involves leading software implementations, managing customer expectations, and identifying growth opportunities while acting as the key link between customers, product, and engineering teams.
