The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, nurturing, and committed to helping dancers grow both technically and personally.\nResponsibilities\nTeach classes for dancers of all ages and levels\nInstruct a variety of styles, including:\nTap (strongly preferred)\nJazz\nBallet\nContemporary/Lyrical\nHip Hop\nAcro\nCombo\nCreate engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and choreography\nFoster a positive, encouraging classroom environment\nCommunicate professionally with students, parents, and staff\nParticipate in recitals, competitions, and studio events\nCollaborate with our teaching team and contribute to studio growth\nQualifications\nStrong background in multiple dance styles\nExtensive tap training and teaching experience preferred\nExperience teaching children, teens, and adults\nReliable, organized, and professional\nPositive attitude and team-oriented mindset\nAbility to inspire confidence and passion in students\nPrevious studio teaching experience preferred\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe are not just hiring for a season — we are looking for someone who wants to become a valued, long-term part of our studio family.
