Assembly Line Worker

Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Assembly Line Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products and components according to company standards and production schedules. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble products and parts according to work instructions and specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment issues Meet daily production goals and deadlines Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly line work preferred (will train the right candidate) Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Environment & Schedule: Full-time; shifts may vary (day, evening, or night) Work performed in a manufacturing or warehouse setting May require moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience Overtime opportunities Benefits package (health, dental, vision, PTO, etc., if applicable) Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Type: Temp-to-hire Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
