ServiceNow Lead - UI/UX ExpertWe are seeking a strategic and hands on UX Lead within the ServiceNow space to drive user centred design across our digital solutions. In this role, you will influence product direction, shape user experiences from concept to delivery, and champion accessibility, usability, and design excellence.You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to transform complex requirements into intuitive, engaging, and impactful experiences that improve adoption, satisfaction, and business outcomes.What You'll Do:Lead user research, usability testing, and discovery activities to uncover user needs and pain points.Heavy ServiceNow Experience Across key modules e.g. ITSMDesign user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive experiences that solve real business challenges.Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to align on vision, priorities, and design direction.Establish and maintain UX standards, design systems, and accessibility best practices.Partner with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.Advocate for the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle and drive continuous improvement through feedback and analytics.What We're Looking For:Strong experience in UX design, user research, and usability testing.ServiceNow Certifications is a - MUST e.g. CSAExpertise in journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and inspire teams.If this sounds interesting please apply or email me directly!
