Engineering Test Tech","description":"1st shift 8am-4:30pm\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\nCoordinate with systems, development, and test engineers to understand schedules and equipment needs to support project testing activities.\n\nCreate, build, and set up test fixtures and building and setting up lab equipment for testing.\n\nEnsure proper equipment is ready on time for test execution across projects.\n\nLeverage existing tools and automation to execute automated tests and report results across projects and test cycles.\n\nSupport basic troubleshooting and collecting logs and data for issues observed during testing.\n\nExecute manual and automated tests, record results, and document issues using standard tools and processes during project development cycles.\n\nExecute dry runs of new and updated manual and automated Test Cases.\n\nSupport Test Method Validation (TMV), and Measurement System Analysis activities, including Gage R&R studies, documenting and analyzing data.\n\nCoordinate with systems, development, and test engineers when troubleshooting issues and verifying fixes.\n\nWrite reports and log issues for executed verification tests.\n\nParticipate in the planning and execution of technical project work.\n\nParticipate and Support 5S, Ensure lab safety and housekeeping practices.\n\nPerforms technician tasks deploying standard and advanced techniques.\n\nMaintain laboratory equipment by scheduling regular maintenance, interfacing with facilities, service technicians, and responding to equipment issues.\n\nPerforms other duties as required.\n\n*Education and Experience:*\n\n*Minimum Requirements:*\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\n\n3+ yrs experience working in a laboratory environment (preferably in R&D) or a combination of
