The Production Operator will be responsible for operating production line equipment, assembling and packaging products, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The Production Line Worker will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area while working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. These positions pay $16-$18/hour + applicable shift differentials.\nCompensation and Benefits of the Production Operator:\n$16-$18/hour + applicable shift differentials\nMedical, Dental, Retirement plans are offered\nSet schedule with opportunities for overtime\nWeekly paychecks\nOn the job training, development and mentorship\nResponsibilities of the Production Operator:\nAssist in the production process by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products according to company standards.\nOperate production equipment safely and efficiently while following established work procedures.\nInspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.\nWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines.\nQualifications of the Production Operator:\nPrevious manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining attention to detail.\nMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.\nHigh school diploma or GED is required for this position.\nWe do have to run a background check.
