A key focus of this role is developing a strong leadership pipeline and preparing high-potential employees and future leaders for increased responsibility.\nEssential Job Functions\nPartner with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and business leaders across multiple regions to assess organizational development and training needs and translate gaps in skills, capabilities, and leadership readiness into actionable learning strategies.\nLead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership development curricula, including future-leader training tracks, competency-based programs, and blended learning journeys.\nServe as the organization's primary corporate trainer, delivering engaging in-person and virtual instruction for employee development programs, leadership programs, workshops, and organization-wide initiatives.\nApply instructional design principles, including ADDIE and adult learning theory, to develop scalable training content, facilitator guides, job aids, e-learning modules, and assessment tools aligned with organizational values and strategic priorities.\nBuild and maintain employee career pathing and capability-development frameworks that support internal mobility, professional growth, succession planning, and employee retention.\nConsult with HR and business leadership on succession planning, including identifying high-potential employees, evaluating bench strength for critical positions, and creating individual development plans for potential successors.\nPartner with HR Business Partners on performance management processes, coaching leaders on effective feedback, goal setting, performance conversations, and incorporating performance data into employee development planning.\nEvaluate the effectiveness of training and organizational development initiatives through participant feedback, performance metrics, assessments, and observed behavioral change.\nAdjust and continuously improve learning programs and instructional content based on organizational needs and program effectiveness.\nDesign and facilitate train-the-trainer programs to strengthen facilitation capabilities among HR Business Partners and organizational leaders and expand consistent training delivery across multiple locations.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.\n5+ years of progressive HR-related experience focused on training, learning and development, and instructional design.\nDemonstrated experience developing leadership training content and facilitating corporate learning programs.\nStrong corporate training and facilitation capabilities.\nAdvanced knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and adult learning principles.\nExperience developing leadership curricula, employee development programs, and career development frameworks.\nStrong consultative skills with the ability to partner effectively with HR professionals, business leaders, and employees at all organizational levels.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to travel approximately 25% across the organization's geographic footprint.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.\nProfessional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).\nConsultative experience supporting succession planning, performance management, and/or employee relations.\nFamiliarity with competency models, 9-box talent reviews, succession planning frameworks, and leadership pipeline development.\nExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.\nExperience supporting a multi-state, multi-location, healthcare, behavioral health, or similarly complex organizational environment.\nPay: $35.00 -
