parties\r\nSend final files to packaging vendors per standardized SOPs\r\nProblem-solve unexpected results and maintain quality standards\r\nTop Must Have Hard Skills 6+ years of program management experience in global packaging, publications development, manufacturing, or related discipline\r\nStrong program management skills with demonstrated experience in creative packaging programs\r\nExperience working within creative development systems, program management systems, and/or proofing systems\r\nProven ability to manage workload and prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\r\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and programs simultaneously\r\nProven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-mix environments and working through ambiguity\r\nNice to have Knowledge or experience in global packaging development, Packaging Engineering, UX Program Management, or direct packaging development\r\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)\r\nExperience with label design programs and Print-On-Demand (POD) labeling processes\r\nCodesoft knowledge is a plus\r\nStrong interpersonal skills with
