Job DescriptionSenior Commercial Lines CSRJob SummarySeeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines CSR to join a growing team. Opportunities for future growth may be available for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership abilities and a desire to advance within the organization.ResponsibilitiesManage and service a book of commercial lines business. Provide A–Z servicing, including handling certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewals, and account maintenance. Prepare and process ACORD applications and related documentation. Support producers by managing day-to-day servicing activities and client requests. Maintain accurate client records and workflows within Applied EPIC. Collaborate with carriers, clients, and internal team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Assist with training and mentoring team members on system utilization and commercial lines best practices. Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction. Qualifications/RequirementsHolds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Extensive commercial lines insurance experience required. Applied EPIC experience required. Experience servicing nonprofit, religious organization, or specialty commercial accounts is highly preferred. Experience working with Erie Insurance is a plus. Strong knowledge of certificates of insurance, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and ACORD applications. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service. Compensation PackageSalary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually. Compensation may be higher for candidates with advanced commercial lines leadership experience.
