We are seeking a Pantry Cook to join our team. Must be ready to thrive in a fast pace environment.Responsibilities:Daily Salad station preparation and maintenanceThe pantry cook is in charge of making cold and hot appetizers, including salads, vegetable prep, meat trays, bruschettasPizza and sandwiches Dessert organization and maintenanceMaintain the cleanliness of the salad/pantry areasCheck and maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients Assist chef as requested in prep work and daily operations Standardize recipes and plate presentationsQualifications:Previous experience in kitchen settings, cooking, or other food prep pantry-related fields requiredPassion for food and cooking techniques- knife skills requiredStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
