AbilityPath is committed to recruiting and retaining diverse diversity among our staff teams.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE:\nCollaborates with Employment Services Manager to align the program with organization strategic direction, Employment First principles, and current vocational and human services best practices.\nSupports in day-to-day operations of employment program.\nSupervise, train, and evaluate performance of assigned staff.\nSupports with department administrative activities including reimbursements and timecard accuracy approvals and month end billing.\nProvide support to staff as needed including onsite job coaching.\nReviews participant's Individual Support Plans (ISPs), quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports and provides feedback as necessary.\nResponsible for Person Centered Planning and case management activities of assigned caseload including: coordination of input for assessments with the individual's circle of support, goal setting and tracking process, incident reporting and follow-up, and other requirements; acts as the key liaison with the Regional Center.\nMaintain personal caseload and remain 50% billable.\nEnsure accurate documentation of program activities, including support for annuals and accompanying paperwork for staff.\nStays up to date with technology utilized in program and throughout the organization; able to provide support to job Coaches and Employment Specialists as needed.\nMaintain and develop professional relationships and provide excellent customer service with external parties including; community partners, families, caregivers, and participants.\nActs as liaison between the consumer, Regional Center, Department of Rehabilitation, and all other involved parties.\nEnsures a safe continuous working environment according to general safety practices.\nOther duties as required\nEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:\nIn our approach to inclusive hiring, we recognize that job qualifications within hiring policies have been used to exclude candidates from marginalized backgrounds.
