Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Los Altos, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for designing and managing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, monitoring client progress, and implementing behavior management programs. The role also involves collecting data collection, and delivering parent education sessions to support the generalization of treatment goals. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams is a key component of this role to ensure quality care and outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with experience in developing and supervising ABA intervention plansStrong expertise in Behavior Management strategies and techniques for supporting client progressExperience in Parent Education and coaching to foster skills generalization and family engagementBackground in Psychology or a related field, with the ability to integrate psychological principles into behavior intervention strategiesBoard Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) requiredExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate with families and team members in a respectful and professional mannerExperience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental disabilities preferredA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for working on-site in Los Altos, CA
