Summary: We are seeking a skilled videographer/photographer with a strong interest in marketing to join our team. This role is primarily video-focused, with photography incorporated as needed. Responsibilities include on-site capture of ongoing and completed high-end residential construction projects, in-office editing and post-production, and support of broader marketing initiatives. Additional tasks may include social media management, AI-assisted workflows, and other marketing-related projects as the role evolves.
We are a young growing team with office events from time to time.
Responsibilities:
Videography & Photography (Video-First Role):
Capture high-quality video content, with supplemental photography as needed, for ongoing and completed high-end residential construction projects.
Perform on-site shoots in active construction environments, documenting progress, finished work, and key project details.
Operate professional-grade cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment to deliver polished, consistent visual content.
Ownership of personal camera gear is a plus (Sony preferred).
Editing & Post-Production:
Edit and produce video and photo content using industry-standard software, including Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop. After Effects experience is a plus.
Create clean, compelling visual narratives that align with brand standards, marketing goals, and client expectations.
Prepare content for use across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and paid advertising.
Marketing Support & Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to support broader initiatives such as social media content, campaign assets, and AI-assisted workflows.
Contribute creative input and ideas to improve visual storytelling and marketing performance.
Assist with additional marketing-related projects as needed.
Project & Workflow Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Maintain an organized and efficient workflow from pre-production planning through final delivery and file management.
Technical Expertise:
Demonstrated proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Working knowledge of video formats, codecs, color correction, and basic color grading.
Experience with Sony mirrorless and cinema cameras is a plus; familiarity with Canon DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema systems is also valued.
Adaptability & Growth:
Adapt to evolving project needs, timelines, and creative direction.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools relevant to video production and marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse work.
Proficiency in Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop. After Effects is a plus.
Proficiency with Apple MacBook Computers
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Attention to detail and a creative eye for composition and framing.
