The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of building trusted client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with client expectations.\nResponsibilities\nManage engineering and business projects from initiation through execution\nDevelop scopes of work, project schedules, budgets, and execution plans\nEnsure project success criteria are met and client expectations are achieved\nTrack and control project costs, identify scope changes, and communicate updates\nCoordinate project deliverables and ensure accuracy and quality\nSecure required project resources (reports, drawings, site visits, etc.)\nMaintain compliance with client policies, procedures, and safety standards\nAddress client issues and provide proactive solutions\nObtain purchase orders prior to starting work and manage invoicing timelines\nIdentify additional opportunities for future work with existing clients\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering required\nProject Management experience within engineering or industrial environments\nKnowledge of front-end engineering and detailed engineering processes\nExperience serving as a Customer Account Manager or client-facing project lead\nProven ability to deliver projects within budget and schedule\nStrong analytical, leadership, and communication skills\nExperience in consulting engineering, heavy industrial, or power sectors preferred\nBenefits\n(You can adjust based on what ATI offers.)\nCompetitive salary\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid time off\nProfessional development support\nOpportunities for advancement\nHow to Apply\nSubmit your resume directly through Indeed or send it to ATI Solutions Inc.
