The Package Concierge is essential to supporting our growing need for increased mail and package support at the property level. This role provides five-star guest service by communicating with residents and guests on all of their mail and package needs. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing outgoing mail and packages, receiving, storing and organizing all incoming mail and packages, communicating with residents about their mail and packages and delivering packages directly to residents and guests.\nThis is an in-person position located on-site of the property.\nWhat You'll Do:\nPrepare outgoing mail and packages\nReceive, store and organize all incoming mail and package\nCommunicate with residents about their mail and packages and delivering packages directly to residents and guests\nPrepare shipping documents\nDistribute mail and packages\nReceive, process and verify incoming and outgoing mail/package\nMaintain records of incoming and outgoing mail/packages\nPerform other related duties and assignments as needed and assigned\nSkills and Experience\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred\nExperience in Hospitality preferred (hotels and resorts, private luxury clubs, travel management, etc.)\nStrong customer service track record that demonstrates an ability to make people feel cared for and supported even under stressful circumstances\nExceptional interpersonal and self-awareness skills, including active listening skills\nProficient with communication technology and quick learner of new software\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated enthusiasm for creating inclusive and respectful workplaces\nUnquestioned integrity with the ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations with the highest level of discretion and judgment\nStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills\nStrong customer service skills\nAbility to work with a team\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends\nCommunity Team Perks + Benefits\n\nHealth & Wellness: We offer multiple medical, dental, and vision health plan options that begin the first month after your start date!
