The company's Enterprise Architecture Office is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to provide leadership and oversight associated with the Platforms and Data Solutions architecture in relation to the engineering and operations!This position has a hybrid work schedule where you would work in the McLean, VA; Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX office 2 days a week and have flexibility to work remotely 3 days a week.Our Impact:Collaborate with other Enterprise Architect leads to assure that the company's Platforms are aligned with EA vision, roadmap, principles, and guidelines and can enable software engineering teams and solution architects to deliver on business outcomesPlatforms within the company include, but not limited to:Application Platforms: WebLogic, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Tomcat, JBoss, Mobile (Android & iOS)Infrastructure (IaaS) / Platforms (PaaS): AWS, GCP, VMware, VMC, GCVE, EKS, ECS, GKE, OCP, K8's, Docker, etcInformation Security: Tivoli Access Manager, PingALM & Pipeline: Atlassian, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, Selenium, ELKData: RDBMS, NoSQL, HDFSData Engineering: Spark, Data Pipelines, Feature CachingFamiliarity with AI/Client platforms (ex. TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, Kubeflow, etc.)Your ImpactDefine and implement Reference architecture patterns which will be used by development teamsBe a leader through transformation into Agile Architecture and align with the Modern Delivery methodology within the companyQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and/or Platform Architecture for a financial services organization3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture is preferredPrior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirableDeep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industryTech Certifications desirable (AWS, GCP, Azure, CNCF, etc)Hands-on and architectural experience with these is required in this role, as well as proven record of leading architects through organizational transformationsFamiliarity with AI/Client platforms desirableKeys To Success in This RoleHighly motivated and energetic self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; demonstrable experience operating at high standards of quality and accuracy within a fast-paced changing environmentSuperb communication, leadership and relationship management skills, that enable partnering with and influencing key customers in an open, collaborative environment at all levels in an organizationTechnical and Architectural leadership with knowledge of both legacy and modern cloud based distributed systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to succinctly present sophisticated subject matter, specifically translating technology problems/solutions to business partners
