Align with hiring managers to build overall understanding of position requirements.\nWork closely with supporting team members, recruiters, and coordinators to establish successful recruitment processes.\nQualifications:\n5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization\nBachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\nHistory of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks (eg LinkedIn, Slack, and GitHub).\nExpertise in sourcing talent focused on research skills through X-Ray searches of research publication sites, conferences, etc.\nCandidates with robotics sourcing experience (on the Robotics Software/Computer Vision side) will be highly preferred.\nCandidates with robotics experience, in addition to sourcing in patents and publications, would be stellar.\nExperience in Research roles in Tech, especially around AI/ML/Computer Vision type of areas\nExpertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails.\nExperience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.\nExperience working on innovative technology sourcing (mainly in areas of Robotics, AI, GenAI, ML, CV, etc.) positions.\nSelf-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nLimited supervision and the exercise of discretion.\nA tenacious drive to win and persistence to push beyond adversity to solve the most challenging problems.\nSelf-starter with an incredible work ethic and a strong team play.\nExceptional ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests.\nExcellent collaboration and communication skills.\nProven ability to work effectively and prioritize your workload.\n\nThank you!\nFocusKPI Hiring Team\nFounded in 2010, FocusKPI, Inc.
