We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our production process by handling materials efficiently and safely.Position DetailsNumber of Positions: 2Pay Rate: $22/hrShift: 3rd Shift - Monday through Friday, 9:30pm to 6:00am with overtimeTraining Shift: First Shift - 6:30am to 3:00pm for two to three weeksInterview Process: Hiring off resume onlyPhysical Requirement: MEO Physical required (sight/hearing test)Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, move, locate, and pick/kit raw materials and finished goods for production and sales ordersFollow and comply with safety processes, requirements, and SOPsHandle hazardous materials properly and follow DOT proceduresMaintain a 5-S work environmentLoad/unload trailers and pick materials accuratelyPrep and stage outbound sales orders for shipmentPerform inventory and shipment audit checksQualifications1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced shipping/warehousing operationExperience in a manufacturing environment is desiredKnowledge of chemicals and hazmat handling is a plusHigh school diploma or GED requiredMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and physicalStrong attention to detail, positive attitude, and teamwork skillsBasic math skills and ability to follow instructions in EnglishMust be safety-oriented with prior forklift experience desiredPhysical and Mental DemandsAbility to work on feet or sit on forklift for prolonged periodsRegularly walk, climb, stoop, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive motionsUse hands and arms to lift, reach overhead, carry, grasp, push, and pullLift up to 75 lbs. repetitively during work shiftOperate a forklift and pass a respirator fit test and medical evaluation
