General Manager
Responsibilities:The General Manager will be responsible for assisting the Director of Operations with our operational needs. This individual will be responsible for directing a team and executing the necessary tasks required to ensure all guest expectations are met or exceeded. Additional duties may be assigned. Build sales and exceed customer expectationsAccountable for operational and quality standards for employees and guests Control operational costs and identify measures to cut wasteEnsure new and current employees are trained on exceptional customer service and safety practices Conduct interviews and ensure quality applicants are hired and retainedForecast and budget weekly and monthly inventory and expenses accordinglySchedule and coordinate meetings to ensure all team members understand all policies, procedures, marketing promotions, etc.Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsEffectively handle employee relations and customers' concerns.Develop managers and staff Email and phone correspondenceOrdering all food and beverages Administrative duties Qualifications: Must have 4 years of Full-Service Restaurant Management Experience * Please do not apply if you do not meet this qualification.Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesMulti-task and time management.Strong attention to details Able to motivate staff in all operational areas. Great listening skills and able to take directions from individuals in higher-level positions.
