Performs other functions as required.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical or vocational schooling preferred. Minimum Experience: 2 years company related work experience and/or 2 - 4 years’ experience operating machinery in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred. Specialized Knowledge: Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints with ability to interpret information.\nSpecial Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.\nOther: Must have basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques.\nThis is a 1st shift position with the hours of 5:30am-4:00pm Monday through Thursday.\nSalary for this position is $19.00 - $27.42 per hour.\n#IND1\nOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
