Bartender Position at Red RobinBartender Pay Rate: $2.13 + Tips Red Robin bartenders also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage). Red Robin isn't your typical burger restaurant. We're a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! Bartenders: You will deliver exceptional guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role is a part of the front of house service team so, great customer service and communication skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred. Must be 21 or older.
