NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.\r\nLocation: Los Angeles, CA\r\nNumber of positions: 3\r\nType: Direct Hire\r\nSalary Range: $187K - $210K\r\nRequired Experience\r\nTen (10) years of experience managing the planning, design, construction and coordinationof capital projects.\r\nAdditional Preferred Experience\r\nExperience with scoping and planning of new construction and/or modernization projects\r\nExperience with LEED and/or Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS) projects.\r\nExperience with the development of major facilities (CEQA, agency approvals, coordination with City and County agencies).\r\nExperience with both project delivery and procurement methods for public projects\r\nExperience with community engagement processes and strong communication skills, both oral and written\r\nExperience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)\r\nExperience in Formal Construction Partnering\r\nRequired Education\r\nGraduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management\r\nPreferred Licenses and Certificates\r\nA valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California State Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors\r\nA valid Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI)\r\nLEED Professional Accreditation\r\nCompensation\r\nThe pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
