Additionally, the Security Project Manager shall be responsible for determining daily work duties, staffing levels, scheduling and staffing hours needed to properly provide Services under the Agreement.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities\r\nPayroll - to include filing discrepancies\r\nInvoicing – Checking and sending to me for review prior to submitting to client\r\nTracking attendance, disciplinary action, training, vacation/time off requests, absence notices/Dr. notes, compliance\r\nAudit site manager end-of-shift reports, officer daily activity reports, scalable reports\r\nScanning documents into the share drive\r\nTerminations – including all processing\r\nRequisitions, interviewing, hiring and guiding through the pipeline until onsite\r\nUniform & equipment requests\r\nJob Training\r\nCompliance\r\nRequirements and Qualifications\r\nTwo (2)+ years of experience within the last three (3) years working for a security contractor and providing administrative Experience overseeing the management and coordination of a multi-site operation.\r\nCan independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed. (e.g. – MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)\r\nAn understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.\r\nUnderstand operational KPIs and ability to utilize data to drive operations.\r\nStrong interpersonal, critical thinking and time management skills.\r\nA great communicator that gets the value of teamwork.\r\nExperience in general office setting in a supervisory role preferred.\r\nComfortable in an ever changing, fast paced, sometimes stressful environment.\r\nVeterans\r\nInter-Con is passionate about hiring veterans.
