Inside Sales - Parts Distribution

Job Description We are a nationally growing Backflow Parts Distribution Company seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This is a hybrid inside sales/retail/customer service/shipping position, with growth potential, in a specialized plumbing industry. We are a distributor of repair parts and accessories and our business includes walk in customers, retail style and phone/internet sales. This is a good opportunity to learn a unique field. We are open Monday-Friday 7am-4pmResponsibilities:Take inbound phone/email communications and assist customers to select products needed and place their ordersCreate and process ordersAssist customers at will call counterLight warehouse & Shipping duties, including receiving new product, shipping out orders and restocking shelves. Forklift use for unloading shipments.Writing up and processing quotesParts Delivery/Pickup w/ company truckAttend/Represent company at occasional trade shows.Create and maintain relationships with customers​Qualifications:Previous sales experience in parts sales, E commerce customer service, or other related fieldsValid Arizona Driver's LicenseAbility to safely lift 50+ lbsComputer Experience, Internet, QuickBooks preferred, Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook.Ability to read/write/speak EnglishMechanically inclinedMust be interested in learning the industry and attend some paid training classesFork Lift Experience
