This includes sales, client experience, and safeguarding the assets of the store.\r\nA Day in the LifeUnderstand the overall concept of Lilly Pulitzer, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.\r\nUnderstand and embrace the Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.\r\nDrive sales goals by providing exceptional client experience and supporting sales team by actively focusing on clients.\r\nDemonstrate Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.\r\nMaintain accuracy in cash transaction management according to operating procedures.\r\nResponsible for the opening and closing of the retail store.\r\nAct as an elevated team member, exercising decision-making and multitasking capabilities while prioritizing service.\r\nPositively resolve client-related issues as they arise or escalate to store management, when necessary.\r\nProvide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.\r\nMaintain the Lilly Pulitzer's visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.\r\nSafeguard the assets of the store.\r\nQualifications for the PositionPrior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.\r\nAbility to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.\r\nExcellent problem solving and decision-making skills.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft & Apple technology.\r\nAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.\r\nPrior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.\r\nMust be able to lift up to 20 pounds.\r\nAbility to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.\r\nA Little More to KnowThis position is classified as a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position.\r\nThis position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.\r\nGiven the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\r\nThis position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities.\r\nThis position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook.\r\nThis position is reviewed annually.\r\nPay Range:\r\n$17.00/hour - $20.00/hour\r\nPay is based on multiple factors, such as qualifications/skills/experience, geography, and state and local wage laws.
