Production Maintenance Technician III | Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States Job Title: Production Maintenance Technician IIILocation: Waukesha, WI 53188Duration: Temp to PermPay: $25-$33/hr (W-2)Shift: AWS Days, 6 AM - 6 PMOverview:Seeking a technician to perform preventive, corrective, and troubleshooting maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment. Work involves production systems such as pumps, motors, PLC/CNC machines, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems. Requires strong electrical/mechanical problem-solving and effective communication. Responsible for safety compliance and identifying potential equipment failures.Key Responsibilities:Follow safety protocols and maintain safe work environmentTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and quality checksRead/interpret blueprints, schematics, manualsOperate production tools/machinesMaintain accurate maintenance and production recordsMinimum Requirements:3-5 years of industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience (or equivalent)Ability to diagnose equipment (pumps, bearings, blowers, gearboxes, etc.)Comfortable working at heights (up to 30+ ft, lifts/scissor lifts)Additional Requirements:Must pass drug screen and background checkNo U.S. work sponsorship providedFlexible for shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 50 lbs regularlyClimb ladders/stairs; frequent bending, kneeling, reachingExtensive walking during shiftsPreferred:5+ years of relevant maintenance experienceOther Requirements:Use PPE (steel-toe shoes, gloves, hard hat, etc.)Ability to handle job-related stress and maintain performance
