This role also ensures accurate inventory management, maintains a clean and organized work environment, and supports overall warehouse and production standards.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Safely operate a pallet jack to move pallets throughout designated work areas and perform related tasks as assigned.\n* Operate, change over, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on palletizing equipment.\n* Ensure the safe and effective use of warehouse equipment.\n* Perform safety inspections and audits as required.\n* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following established safety standards and procedures.\n* Use scanning equipment to accurately track and maintain inventory within the facility.\n* Follow standard work policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.\n* Collaborate with forklift drivers to maintain production flow and identify opportunities to improve warehouse operations.\n* Maintain good housekeeping and ensure warehouse standards are consistently upheld.\n\n*Requirements & Qualifications*\n\n* Must be at least 18 years of age.\n* Ability to regularly lift, move, and place inventory weighing up to 25 pounds.\n* Ability to safely operate a pallet jack as required.\n* Strong situational awareness and attention to safety, particularly when working around warehouse equipment and robotic forklifts.\n* Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, equipment-intensive warehouse environment.\n* Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.\n\n*Work Environment & Safety*\n\nThis is a safety-sensitive position that requires working in close proximity to warehouse equipment, including robotic forklifts.
