It’s a dynamic position offering hands‑on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.\n\nJob responsibilities include:\n\nConducting safety meetings\n\nCreating and managing punch lists\n\nSupporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program\n\nPreparing RFI’s and submittals\n\nLabor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance\n\nQuantitative takeoffs for material ordering\n\nSupporting the implementation of the job schedule\n\nCoordinating warranties and O&M’s\n\nMaterial coordination with purchase orders and invoicing\n\nThis position is safety‑sensitive.\n\nThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\n\nSalary range: $70,000-75,600 annual salary plus non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program.\n\nBasic Requirements\n\nMust have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)\n\nA clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\n\nAbility to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught\n\nStrong customer service skills and relationship‑building abilities\n\nMust have critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills\n\nAbility to multitask\n\nMotivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative\n\nWorks well under pressure and deadlines\n\nPreferred Requirements\n\nOSHA certifications are a plus\n\nWilling to travel/relocate based on project needs\n\nAt Performance Contracting, our employees are our greatest asset.
