Therapy Technician Position Join our Midtown East clinic as a Therapy Technician, where you will play a vital role in supporting patient care. In this position, you will prepare treatment areas and equipment, and perform procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT). We prioritize clinical excellence and aim to provide 5-star customer service in a collaborative, community-focused team environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient procedures.Assist in performing therapy procedures under supervision.Deliver exceptional customer service to patients.Participate in a collaborative team environment and support team initiatives.Engage in mentorship and professional development programs.Complete additional duties as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications:Previous customer service experience.Strong communication skills.Able to multi-task effectively.Attention to detail and willingness to grow.Athletic experience is a plus.
