This team collaborates closely with the Sales organization to bring the solutions outlined in customer contracts to life. After implementation, the CI team facilitates a smooth handoff to Flexential’s Support and Customer Success teams, ensuring that solutions continue to be well-supported and foster a strong ongoing customer relationship.\n\nThe Project Coordinator will ensure a smooth and successful transition for our customers after they sign up for Flexential. They will manage transactional and small customer orders and collaborate with senior specialists and project managers on larger initiatives. and\nKey Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:\nPartner with internal teams and service delivery partners to deliver technical solutions to clients.\nAble to manage a high volume of transactional orders.\nDevelop and manage milestones using Smartsheet to track progress and ensure timely completion.\nProactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.\nAnalyze project performance using relevant tools and techniques.\nManage changes to project scope and timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and all project stakeholders.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.\nProvide support to senior Implementation Specialists as needed.\nPerform other duties as required and assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\n0-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, project management, or a related technical field.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).\nBasic understanding of colocation and network solutions.\nStrong critical thinking skills with a knack for overcoming obstacles.\nAdaptability and a willingness to embrace continuous improvement.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer focus.\nMeticulous attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures.\nSelf-motivated, confident, and inquisitive with a \"get things done\" attitude.\nAbility to travel occasionally (may vary).\nOther training and experience may be substituted for the job requirements at the manager's discretion.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree\nFamiliar with ServiceNow\nFamiliar with Smartsheet\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to sit for extended periods of time.\nModerate or advanced keyboard usage\nBase Pay Range: Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $65,000 - $70,000.
