We are looking for an Account Executive for an exciting and challenging opportunity on the Brand Leadership team at our full-service advertising and branding agency. The ideal candidate will support creative and new business assignments while working with internal and external team members and clients.ResponsibilitiesSupport client service functions working directly with a supervisor and internal teams to plan and execute advertising, branding, and/or marketing campaigns for clientDevelop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of and passion for the client’s businessConduct meetings with internal team, partner agencies, vendors, and clients, and provide status and conference reportsReport to Account Supervisor providing timely updates and ensuring the delivery of program elements with excellenceLeverage client-service skills to build strong relationshipsCollaborate with brand strategy, creative, production, and project management team members within the agency and with other partner agenciesDemonstrate accountability for the management and execution of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring client and internal team satisfaction by meeting timelines and established budgetsSupport category and competitive monitoring effortsMaster client’s workflow processes including the use of tools such as Workfront, Smartsheets and SharepointDevelop an appropriate working knowledge of media discipline depending on client requirementsProactively support all work, not just requested assignments but also seeking out new opportunities to advance the businessSupport new business initiatives working directly with a supervisor and internal teams to develop proposals for prospective clientsAssist with mentoring agency internsRequirementsThree to six years of advertising agency or marketing-related experienceAble to think on your feet and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding communication, written, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skillsProfessional and adept, with a fun spirit and a can-do/will-do attitudeBachelor’s degree in advertising, strategic communications, or marketing-related field preferredFluent in English/SpanishWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experiencePaid company holidays and vacation earned per yearPaid sick leaveBenefits: medical, dental, and vision; life/AD&D; and short-/long-term insuranceAnnual bonuses401(k) and annual profit-sharing retirement plans
