Roadway Asphalt Paver & Screed Operator

Blythe Construction is seeking a skilled Screed Operator to join our asphalt paving crew in Charlotte, NC. You will operate the paver screed, adjust depth and grade, and work with teammates to meet project specs and schedules. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of road/bridge experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong safety awareness.
