We want you to view your time at Westfall as an investment to your future.\n\nWe are currently seeking Machine Operator, with the below qualifications:\n\nShift: 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm\n\nProfessional Attributes\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required\n\nPrior manufacturing experience is desired, but not required\n\nPositive outlook while working through obstacles\n\nSelf-starter, high level of initiative\n\nDetail orientated\n\nGood time management skills\n\nGood communication skills — written, verbal, active listening\n\nDesired Skills and Experience\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work instructions and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment\n\nOperate molding presses\n\nCheck parts using a micrometer, if applicable\n\nCheck parts for quality defects such as cracks and chip outs\n\nTrim and inspect parts as needed by customer specification, if applicable\n\nFollow work instructions on the process and desired quality needed with each production run\n\nCount, organize and package parts per requirements\n\nProperly complete all shift paperwork per work instructions\n\nCommunicates all part defects or problems regarding production issues to Lead, Technician, and/or Supervisor\n\nMaintain a clean and safe working environment\n\nWork as a team\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nWhat You’ll Love About Us:\n\nSalary: $17.00/hour + $1.00 shift differential (Based on education and experience)\n11 Paid Holidays, Sick Pay, Vacation Pay\n401K, Plus Employer Match\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Company Sponsored Life and AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, Paid Parental Leave, and More…\nWe are committed to creating a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
