About the Opportunity:The Processor is responsible for managing the processing of residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and accurate validation of borrower information. This role supports pipeline management, compliance, quality, and customer service, contributing to the timely and effective completion of loan transactions.3. Responsibilities:Manage a pipeline of 25 to 30 loansProcess purchase and refinance transactions, primarily purchase loansMonitor rate lock expiration and closing datesCollaborate with branch management to review loan statusCommunicate loan conditions, approvals, and processes to borrowersCoordinate with external parties such as real estate agents, title companies, appraisal services, builders, credit agencies, and insurance providersRun automated underwriting and prepare complete packages for underwritingReview income, asset, and property documentationConduct compliance audits and verify loan documentation accuracySchedule loans for closing and manage payoff orders4. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years mortgage loan processing experienceKnowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA, USDA, DU, and LP guidelinesStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly organized with attention to detail and ability to work under pressureProficient in mathematicsProficient in MS Excel, Word, and OfficeExperience with Encompass is a plus but not required5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.6.
