The salary is calculated and offered on an hourly basis.ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of the Project Plans, providing the Estimate of the project to Sales & Marketing departmentAnalysis of the Plans, identifying inconsistencies and providing RFI to the Architect or the OwnerChecking the list of Exclusions and Allowances and Specifications in the Contract. Making sure we are not doing the job which is not on the plans.
