The app is an invitation design and creation platform similar to Paperless Post.\n\nThe developer will take over the existing codebase from the current developer, complete the remaining development, and ultimately launch the application on both iOS and Android. The current developer will provide a handoff, but the new developer should be comfortable independently reviewing the existing codebase and figuring out how everything is structured.\n\nThe developer will be the sole developer responsible for the application and will work independently without additional developers or designers.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nTake over and understand an existing mobile app and codebase\nComplete the remaining development needed to bring the app to launch\nDevelop and maintain the application for both iOS and Android\nWork with existing APIs, cloud infrastructure, and third-party integrations\nTroubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues\nIndependently manage the technical development of the application\nProvide ongoing maintenance, updates, bug fixes, and future feature development after launch\n\nCurrent Technology Stack:\n\nReact\nReact Native\nFirebase\nGoogle Cloud / Google AI Studio\nMicrosoft Azure\nGoogle Workspace\nGitHub\nCloudflare\nReplicate API\nFacebook API\nPayPal API\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\nStrong experience with React and React Native\nExperience developing and launching applications on both iOS and Android\nFull-stack development experience\nComfortable taking over an existing codebase and independently figuring out unfamiliar code\nExperience working with APIs and cloud-based infrastructure\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision\nExperience taking an app from development through launch\nComfortable providing ongoing post-launch maintenance and support\n\nCompensation: Open to discussion.
