We support products from Hot Rods, Muscle, Off-Road, Light Truck and Import Performance markets.\nWe pride ourselves on being an American company providing American made products and supporting our customers with the same level of service we expect for ourselves and our families.\nPlease check us out at www.quicktimeperformance.com\nQTP is currently seeking a candidate for our design and engineering department.\nAs our CNC Programmer Engineer:\n- Craft and refine CNC programs using Solidworks and Fusion 360 for vertical machining center(Fanuc Controls)\n- Be proficient in Fusion 360CAD SolidWorks and programs\n-Spearhead initiatives to reduce cycle times, extend tool life, and promote a culture of quality at the source’ across all assigned machining resources.\n- Have strong math and geometric skills\n- Have strong analytic skills\n- Experience in editing G- & M-code at the control to troubleshoot issues, fine-tune feeds/speeds, refine toolpaths, and enhance surface finishes.\n-Take a CAD file and create a fixture and machine program for new products.\n-Have a passion for cars, truck and racing\nSome additional/preferred (but not required) attributes:\n- Have a working knowledge of metal materials and pipe systems\n- Understand or learn machinery pertaining to production\n- Strong communication and team skills\n- A strong interest in cars/auto-industry(A Must)\n- Manufacturing/Fabricating experience preferred\nThis is not a high pressure engineering type job. This is a fun environment that is always evolving and always looking to create the next best thing.\nPay is based on experience. Some aspects of this job can be trained.
